Pricing

$50 per user, per month.

One published price for the software. Deployment work is quoted separately, because setting up a shop that makes sheet-metal enclosures is not the same job as setting up one that makes cabinets.

The software

$50/user/month

Billed per named user. Every part of Forge you switch on is included at that price — there is no functionality tier, and no per-module uplift.

  • Customers, organizations and contacts
  • Inventory, receiving, transfers and purchase orders
  • Product types modeled to what you build
  • Lots, serials and the movement ledger
  • Work orders and time clock, if you switch them on
  • Dashboards over whatever you have switched on
  • The full API, with no separate integration tier
  • Your own database and storage, backed up
  • Updates as they ship, at no extra cost

Prices in USD. Indicative and subject to change until quoted — the written scope in step 03 is the binding one.

Deployment

Quoted

A fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts. It covers the work that is genuinely different for every shop:

  • Modeling your product types and workflows
  • Loading your current item list, customers and stock
  • Wiring Forge to the systems you already run
  • Anything that needs building specifically for you
  • Walking your team through it on your own data

Some shops need very little of this. Some need a lot. You will know which you are after the call, not after the invoice.

How buying it works

What happens between here and running it.

Five steps, in this order. Deliberately no timeline attached — how fast this goes depends on how fast your shop can move, and anyone who quotes you a duration before seeing your product list is guessing.

  1. 01

    A call

You tell us what you build and what you already run. We tell you which parts of Forge you want switched on, which you can leave off, and whether you are a fit at all. If you are not, we will say so here.

  2. 02

    A modeled demo

Bring something you actually make. We model that product — its structure, its workflow, its gates — live on the call, so you are judging the fit against your own work rather than a sample dataset.

  3. 03

    A written scope

What is switched on, what needs building for you, what gets loaded from your current system, and what it costs. One document, fixed price for the deployment work.

  4. 04

    Deployment

Your workspace stands up with your product types modeled and your existing data loaded — item lists, customers, stock counts, in whatever shape you have them now.

  5. 05

    Your team starts

Guided walkthroughs run inside the real system on your real data. Then you are running it, and we are still the people who answer when you email.

Start with the call.

Tell us what you build and what you run today. Worst case you find out in twenty minutes that Forge is not for you, which is a cheaper way to learn it than most.
